The Wellspring Program provides a supported-independent living arrangement for adults with a mental illness. The program offers Montgomery County mental health consumers an opportunity to transition from group homes, the homes of family members, or their own living arrangements to a program that provides different levels of support and supervision depending on each individual's needs.

A Wellspring client may also receive the support of the program while continuing to live in his or her current arrangement, such as a family home. The Wellspring program is not time limited; A client may remain in the program as long as it is beneficial to them.
