The Ranch House - Crisis residential Program
The Ranch House is a Montgomery County Emergency Service, Inc. Crisis Residential Program located on the grounds of Valley Forge Medical Center in East Norriton, PA. It is designed to be an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization.
We serve individuals age 18 and above who voluntarily accept mental health treatment and:

The Ranch House provides short-term consumer-centered treatment in a supportive, homelike environment to adults who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis, and who can be treated safely and effectively in this setting.

Services Provided
Referrals for Admission
The Ranch House is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Referrals may be made by calling the Ranch House directly for consumers who are well connected with the Montgomery County Mental Health System. All other candidates for referral must be evaluated at Montgomery County Emergency Service (MCES).
The expected length of stay at The Ranch House is about five days.
