What Are CST Floaters?
They are two part-time CST Specialists. They will regularly
visit your site and they will coordinate the hiring of two CST Liaisons at
Milestones.

- Montgomery County CST will establish a computer that has access to the CST
office and the floaters, Mae Harden and Rebecca Jacobs.
- CST Floaters will meet with the CRR community to discuss training needs
and set up an on-going schedule.
- CST Floaters will be communication weekly with the CST liaisons.
- Verbal or written (confidential, if requested) about consumer concerns
will be forwarded by the CST Liaison to the Floaters.
- Floaters will organize the information and get back quickly to the CST
Liaison.
- CST Liaison will distribute or communicate the information to consumers
and staff at their site.
- Consumers and staff will decide together about any action steps that need
to be taken.
- The CST Liaisons will inform the CST Floaters of action steps decided upon
or pending.
