New Foundations

New Foundations is a maximum care CRR (Community Residential Rehabilitation program). There are staff present  24  hours per day.

The CRR is designed and operated to assist those with a primary mental health diagnosis to live independently. They provide assistance to residents to develop community living skills.

Specific Objectives

• To allow residents to live in the least restrictive setting as possible.
• To cooperate with existing agencies to ensure coordinated continuous service for all residents.
• To provide residents with a framework for acquiring self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility and independence.
• To create a homelike atmosphere and provide the opportunity to learn skills necessary for more independent living.
• To help connect residents with community supports and opportunities.
• To insure that residents and staff work together as a team, in an environment of mutual respect and consideration.

Program Expectations (See Alternatives)

Alternatives is a moderate care CRR. Staff are present several hours per day, but are always available  24  hours per day.
