Satisfaction Team Alliance of PA
General Information
A small group of people started talking about establishing a Consumer Satisfaction Team Coalition in 1995. The purpose of the Coalition was to be able to provide support and share information with other CST’s.
Our first meetings were held over lunches at other conferences, then with the support of Robbie Altenor. OMHSAS and John Farmer, Mental Health Association, we had our first “real conference” on January 15 & 16, 1998 at State College.
Our second meeting was held in State College, April 22, 23 & 24, 1998 and we decided upon the organizational structure of a steering committee until we raise funds to hire a Director.
All regions have been represented at our conferences, and there is great enthusiasm about the C-STAP mission which is:
“To promote consumer satisfaction endeavors and to provide support, resources and information”
We look forward to partnerships with all of those who share our mission.
