Alternatives is a moderate care CRR. Staff are present several hours per day, but are available  24  hours per day.

The CRR is designed and operated to assist those with a primary mental health diagnosis to live independently. They provide assistance to residents to develop community living skills.

Program Expectations

Residents must:

• Follow all house rules.
• Pay rent and phone bills in a timely manner.
• Treat residents and staff with respect.
• Contribute to upkeep and spirit of the program.
• Participate in scheduled cleaning, grocery shopping and cooking in your house.
• Attend house meeting once per week.
• Follow a schedule for day time activities, which may include day programs, school, volunteer work, employment, or other arrangements as made in your goal plan.
• Take medications as prescribed by your physician.
• Meet with staff for goal planning.
• Apply for all benefits you are entitled to, including food stamps.
• Attend drug & alcohol treatment if needed.
