Our purpose is to assess consumer
satisfaction with mental health services by collecting data through interviews
and observations and making recommendations for change as needed.
All results of consumer opinions are
shared with consumers, providers, the County office of Mental Health and
Substance Abuse and Magellan and the CST Board of Directors. The County office of
Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Magellan follows up recommendations for change.

We are a team of mental
health consumers and family members of consumers who are assessing the quality
of mental health care in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
We work collectively with consumers, family
members, providers and the Montgomery County Office of Mental Health and
Substance Abuse and Magellan to make improvements in services.
Members of the Consumer Satisfaction Team (CST) meet with consumers to listen
and document their satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the services they use that
are funded by the Montgomery County Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse
